| 中文摘要:通过对近年来浙江省医药卫生查新机构查新课题的数据统计和服务现状调查，分析制约科技查新工作发展的问题和原因，提出解决这些问题的相应对策，如加强与上级主管部门及科研管理部门的沟通、尽快建立查新报告质量评定与评价标准体系、加强沟通和调度应对高峰期、延伸服务内容与情报功能、积极开拓新的业务方向、积极开展学术研究等，以促进我国科技查新行业有序的发展。 |

| Analysis on Development Status Quo and Countermeasures of Medical and Health Novelty Assessment Agencies in Zhejiang Province |

| Abstract:Through data statistics and service investigation of medical and health novelty assessment agencies in Zhejiang province, the paper analyzes the problems and the reasons which restrict the development of novelty assessment work and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for solving these problems, in order to help orderly development of novelty retrieval agencies, such as strengthening communication with higher authorities and sci-tech administrative institutions, constructing quality evaluation standard of novelty assessment report, reinforcing scheduling to response to the peak time, extending service contents and intelligence functions, exploring new business direction, carrying out academic research, etc. |
