The paper proposes the overall structure, logical structure and application structure of regional medical information sharing platform, analyzes the technical features of the platform. Based on these, a model is constructed to realize the function of the medical information sharing platform in Sun Yat-sen University, namely, under the precondition of standardization, taking electronic medical records as the core, clinical collaborative working system, doctor and patient interaction system, medical management system, medical resource information center and medical information portal website are established, so as to realize the optimal allocation and effective uses of medical resources.
