As an important knowledge organization method, subject indexing provides important basics for knowledge utilization and knowledge service. Combining with indexing practice, based on the introduction of definition, characteristics, complexity, importance of quality control of biomedical literature subject indexing, the paper mainly discusses how to master certain laws and utilize certain methods and techniques from various links of indexing flow to improve indexing quality.
