| 中文摘要:应用文献调研法形成指标体系框架,通过两轮Delphi专家咨询法确定适用于我国医院科技影响力评价的指标体系,具体包括3个1级指标、9个2级指标和21个3级指标。本研究所建立的较完备的中国医院科技影响力评价指标体系,可用于评价我国医院的科技影响力水平,为医院的科研管理和科研决策提供信息支持。 |

| Research on the Sci-tech Influence Evaluation Index System for Hospitals in China |

| Abstract:With the method of literature research, the paper forms the framework of the index system, determines the index system by the Delphi method in two rounds and identifies the index weight suitable for sci-tech influemce evaluation in China. The evaluation index system includes 3 Grade-I indexes, 9 Grade-Ⅱ indexes and 21 Grade-Ⅲ indexes. The research establishes a complete sci-tech influence evaluation index system for hospitals in China. This system can be used to evaluate the sci-tech influence hospitals in China and provide information support for scientific research management and decision-making in those hospitals. |
