Based on the implementation situations of the "Bank-hospital One-card" Project in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanchang University, the paper describes the Bank-hospital One-card System based on real-time payment, and elaborates on the system architecture, functional structure and actual application effects, etc. It fully proves that the system is of practical significance in optimizing the medical processes, realizing multiple applications with one card, improving patients' medical experience, enhancing the overall operational effectiveness of hospitals, improving service quality, creating a positive image of hospitals, and promoting the information construction of hospitals.
