The paper analyzes the design requirements for the functions and performance of the health management service information platform, and proposes the system architecture of this platform, describes its general business flow, modules and database tables as well as solutions to technical problems to be solved in the process of platform development. The establishment and popularization of this platform is favorable for mastering regional population health information comprehensively and provides the basis for health administrative departments to make medical service policies and allocate medical service resources.
