The paper analyzes the definition of refined services, discusses measures and methods of refined information services, including refined service contents, individualized service processes and humanized service methods, and proposes requirements of refined information services for hospital librarians. Hospital libraries need to use refined services to provide high-quality medical information resources for clinical medical staff and enhance their information literacy and ability of information resources acquisition.
