The paper explains the importance for medical students to cultivate the computational thinking ability. On this basis, it proposes the course system reform based on computational thinking, including the reform background, teaching objectives, course system structure, reform contents and ideas, and analyzes the effects of course reform. The practice has proved that the inclusion of computational thinking into the course reform is effective.
