| 中文摘要:利用内容分析法对47家医药上市公司社会责任报告信息披露从发布数量与形式、次数与篇幅、完整性、平衡性、可信性等方面对现状和质量进行分析，指出我国医药企业发布社会责任报告的数量虽逐年提升，但还存在社会责任意识误区、缺少针对性的责任指引和监督考核等问题尚待解决。 |

| Current Situation and Problems and Suggestions of Social Responsibility Report Information Disclosure of Pharmaceutical Enterprises |

| Abstract:The paper analyzes the current status and quality of social responsibility report information disclosure of 47 listed pharmaceutical companies through the content analysis method from the aspects of the release quality and form, times and length, integrity, balance, credibility, etc. and indicates that although the number of social responsibility reports released by Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises is increased year by year, there is still misunderstanding to the awareness of social responsibility and lack of targeted responsibility guide and supervision and examination problems to be solved. |
