The paper introduces the ideas and steps of the study on standardization of terminology in the program of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)information standard study and setting, organizes and summarizes common problems in the standardization of terminology and puts forward suggestions, including establishing promotion mechanism and perfecting the framework of TCM information standard system, so as to provide reference for the standardization of terminology in the field of TCM information.
