The paper dilates upon the building course, system composition and major functions of Electronic Health Records(EHR) in England, analyzes such existing problems as shortage of funds, lagging progress and hidden security problems, puts forward the enlightenment on our country, namely, the promotion of our people's health by making use of advanced technology, the reinforcement of project fund planning, management and centralized guidance at national level, as well as the building of perfect laws and regulations.
