The paper expounds on the connotation of "Internet+" and the current study on bibliotherapy in and outside China, analyzes the opportunities for bibliotherapy brought along by the "Internet+" age, and puts forward innovative approaches for bibliotherapy of medical college and university libraries from the 3 aspects, namely, building of the mobile self-media bibliotherapy service platform, structuring of library users portrait and making full use of living library with media convergence.
