The paper, by analyzing the existing problems in the teaching of management information system in medical schools, puts forward specific measures of teaching reform including reorganization of teaching system in accordance with features of major, dynamic update on course contents, priority in "Internet+" oriented practice, and adoption of diversified teaching methods, etc.,which will improve the quality and effect of the courses and therefore enhance students' ability to put their knowledge into practice.
