The paper introduces the hospital review inspection guidelines and standards, elaborates upon the architecture and functions of the Joint Commission International(JCI) review management information system, including standard system, item tracking, system flow, monitoring and controlling indexes and other aspects, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward improvement measures, points out that the system plays an important part in review procedure, and is conducive to the enhancement of medical service quality in hospitals.
