The paper elaborates the application scenarios and status quo of medical Artificial Intelligence(AI) domestic and overseas, analyzes the strategies and relevant polices of AI, and puts forward enlightenments from foreign AI polices for those in China, which includes strengthening training on relevant personnel and building an open and sharing data ecosystem, etc.
