| 中文摘要:新中国成立以来我国卫生事业得到快速发展，特别是20世纪80年代以来信息化的发展。本文将我国全民健康信息化划分为医疗机构信息化兴起、重点业务信息系统发展、互联互通与协同应用、综合提升与创新发展4个阶段，阐述各阶段发展特点、政策走向、建设成效，对未来全民健康信息化发展进行展望，以期为我国全民健康信息化建设提供参考。 |

| The Development Process and Outlook of National Health Informatization in China |

| Abstract:Medical and health care career has developed rapidly since the founding of People's Republic of China,especially with the development of informatizaiton since 1980s.The paper divides the development process of national health informatization in China into four phases of the rise of medical institution informatization, the development of the information system of major businesses, interconnectivity and cooperative application, as well as comprehensive improvement and innovation development. It delivers the development features, policy trends, building results, providing outlook of the future development of national health informatization in the hope of serving as reference for the building of national health informatization in China. |
