| 中文摘要:新中国成立以来我国中医药事业取得较大发展，中医药信息化建设也日益加快，本文阐述“十三五”以来我国中医药信息化发展的主要措施和建设成效，研究分析制约中医药信息化跨越式发展的主要问题和难点，从中医药信息化组织机构建设、基础设施、中医医疗服务保障、中医药健康服务、关键技术与创新方案、支撑体系等方面提出相关策略建议。 |

| Abstract:Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, great progress has been made in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) career,the informatization of TCM is accelerating. The paper elaborates key measures and achievements of TCM informatization since the 13th five-year plan, analyzes major problems and difficulties influencing the leap-forward development of TCM informatization, and proffers relevant strategic suggestions in terms of TCM informatization's building of organization structure, basic infrastructure, guarantee of TCM medical services, TCM health services, key technologies, innovative programs, support systems, etc. |
