| Abstract:The paper conducts data mining in 1 052 industrial trends on a website named "Close Communication Between Patients and Doctors" to analyze its specific contents, orgnizations' response rates and netizens' satisfaction, indicates that the future development of health industry relies on the support of the government, proffers better communication between hospitals and patients to improve service quality continuously. |
