Based on the analysis of current talent trainings in fields of medical information engineering, the paper offers major measures related to the reform of talent training in the context of educational informatization 2.0, including improving the building of "smart campus", the information literacy of teachers, the integration of multimedia text and books, and the cultivation of entrepreneurial and creative thinking of college students.
