The paper analyzes the current status and main problems of comprehensive statistics of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), elaborates the design of comprehensive statistics system of TCM, including the system framework and its main content, introduces the achievements of pilot study in Hubei province, providing ideas and methods for building national TCM statistical system.
