The paper explains the self-factors and external conditions of radiation function of medical college libraries under "Healthy China" strategy based on SWOT analysis method, analyzes its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats systematically, and puts forward three strategies of promoting, striving for and reversing for medical college libraries to develop the radiation function of health culture areas.
