The paper analyzes the status and deficiencies of traditional follow-up work, expounds the design and building of data management platform based on Lower Extremity Arterial Disease(LEAD) from aspects of specific needs, functional characteristics, technical solutions, etc., points out that the platform is conductive to improving the follow-up rate, promoting the establishment of good follow-up relationship between doctors and patients, providing support for scientific study.
