| People-oriented Service Mode Innovation in the Libraries of Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges and Universities Applying Long Tail Theory |

| Abstract:The paper analyzes the necessity of innovating the people-oriented service mode in the libraries of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) colleges and universities. Taking the library of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine as an example, it expounds that the personalized needs of senior students and graduates can be met by providing services such as pushing professional literature for subjects in a targeted way, promoting classic TCM literature, and building the memory system for college students, so as to improve the service quality and enhance the long tail effect. |
