    分析中医药院校图书馆创新人性化服务模式的必要性,以湖北中医药大学图书馆为例,阐述其通过定向推送学科专业文献、推广中医药经典文献、构建大学生记忆系统等服务满足高年级学生及毕业生个性化需求,提高服务质量,提升长尾效应。

    Abstract:

    The paper analyzes the necessity of innovating the people-oriented service mode in the libraries of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) colleges and universities. Taking the library of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine as an example, it expounds that the personalized needs of senior students and graduates can be met by providing services such as pushing professional literature for subjects in a targeted way, promoting classic TCM literature, and building the memory system for college students, so as to improve the service quality and enhance the long tail effect.
