| Discussion and Analysis on Influence Factors of Patients Seeking Second Medical Opinion in Online Health Community |

| Abstract:14 238 pieces of patient consulting data from ‘haodaifu’ online website has been collected to analyze influence factors of patients seeking second medical opinion in online health community. The result shows that doctors' professional title, reputation, hospital level, patients' disease type and length of the illness has an effect on whether patients seek second medical opinion or not. The study provides references for the development and improvement of online health communities. |
