| Abstract:The paper investigates users' application of personalized health information services based on mobile clients, analyzes the needs of different user groups, the frequency of using health information APPs, satisfaction with personalized services, and trust in the health information platform, proposes personalized service improvement strategies for health information APPs from five aspects of user composition, user interface, personalized service content, personalized push mode, and user trust. |
