| Abstract:The paper elaborates the connotation of data librarian, builds the model of data librarians' ability and quality, and puts forward the strategies of strengthening the construction of data librarian team in libraries of medical colleges and universities in the new era from the aspects of making the training plan, setting up the position according to the need, constructing the scientific training system, perfecting incentive and assessment mechanism, etc. |
