The paper proposes a data-driven, bottom-up, heuristic approach to build the knowledge base for multi-source heterogeneous data. It expounds the data acquisition, building of the ontology base, knowledge extraction, knowledge fusion, knowledge storage and knowledge update, etc., provides useful references for studies related to knowledge graph.
