The external environment of 5G development in the medical and health industry is analyzed from the perspectives of politics, economy, society and technology by using PEST analysis method, and relevant suggestions are put forward, including perfecting policy mechanism and strengthening safety supervision; developing application scenarios through in-depth application of demand analysis; establishing standard system and promoting the application, etc.
