| Discussion on the Service Strategy of University Library during Public Health Emergencies |

| Abstract:Taking 42 "double first-class" university libraries as the study objects, the service provided by university libraries during the COVID-19 epidemic is investigated and analyzed. The paper expounds the characteristics of the service, puts forward some suggestions on the service strategy of university libraries during public health emergencies, including adapting to the diverse needs of readers and constructing a progressive service mode, giving full play to the advantages of libraries to help prevent and control public health incidents. |
