The paper introduces the study situation of epidemic prevention and control in China and relevant theories and methods, expounds the building of multi-role portrait system model in detail from the aspects of architecture, functions and others,points out that this model can provide data panoramic support for the epidemic report, surveillance, screening, analysis, early warning, prevention and control, etc., and provide new ideas for the epidemic prevention and control of infectious diseases.
