The informatization construction of immediate reimbursement of trans-provincial healthcare is divided into 3 stages as inter-provincial point-to-point exploration informatization, the platform informatization construction with the national direct settlement system, and the national healthcare insurance information platform as the core of the integration of service informatization. The content and characteristics of these stages of construction are analyzed, and the construction effectiveness is summarized.
