| An Empirical Study on the Intention of Elderly Users to Transfer Medical and Health Services from Offline to Online |

| Abstract:Based on the self-efficacy theory and Push-Pull-Mooring(PPM)model, a framework model of elderly users′intention to transfer medical and health services is built. The questionnaire survey method is used to conduct empirical analysis to verify the hypothesis, and relevant suggestions are put forward from the promotion mechanism, service mechanism and pricing mechanism of online medical platform. |
