| Abstract:Based on the socio-technical system theory and the trust process model, a process model of patients’ distrust of doctors in online health community is built, and the model is empirically studied. The factors influencing patients’ distrust of doctors in online health community are analyzed, and corresponding suggestions are put forward. |
