Based on the practical experience of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, the paper introduces the construction status of smart ward, analyzes existing problems, and puts forward suggestions, including the construction of material management platform, Internet of Things(IoT) platform and hospital integration platform based on information technology and IoT technology, the realization of asset positioning, information sharing and data standardization management, etc.
