Based on the influencing factor model of patients’ willingness to use Chinese medicine delivery service, a questionnaire survey is adopted to analyze the related factors influencing patients’ use of Chinese medicine delivery service. A structural equation model(SEM) is constructed for verification, and suggestions are put forward, including enhancing publicity, innovating service forms, optimizing the platform interface, etc.
