The paper introduces the background of hospital performance management informatization construction, expounds the practice situation and effect of the information management system development to support refined performance management of Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University from the aspects of physician post evaluation and management informatization, key consumables management, comprehensive management of diagnosis related groups, etc., analyzes the difficulties in the process of system development and puts forward suggestions.
