The paper analyzes the important practical significance of strengthening the construction of medical information engineering talent training system in universities and colleges during the “14th five-year plan” period, expounds the representative problems of the current medical information engineering talent training system in many domestic universities and colleges, and puts forward feasible strategies from three aspects:theoretical education system, practical education system and education security system, so as to strengthen the supply of medical information engineering professionals, accelerate the development of informatization of medical and health care.
