| 中文摘要:目的/意义 介绍美国医院图书馆标准并探讨其对中国医院图书馆事业的启示。方法/过程 介绍美国医院图书馆标准的沿革及其最新版本——《2022年医院图书馆和图书馆员实践标准》内容,并与其前一版进行比较,阐述美国医院图书馆标准的更新及其对中国医院图书馆事业的启示。结果/结论 美国医院图书馆标准覆盖内容较全面,从性质、人员、服务和技术等各方面对医院图书馆工作提出明确要求和指导意见,在提高对医院图书馆重视程度、制定相关行业标准、加强资源与服务区域化和共享、重视提高图书馆员专业能力、合理配置人力资源、拓展虚拟图书馆空间、扩大服务范围和加强服务主动性等方面对中国医院图书馆事业均有所启示。 |

| American Hospital Library Standard and Its Enlightenment |

| Abstract:Purpose/Significance To introduce American hospital library standards and discuss its enlightenment to Chinese hospital libraries. Method/Process The evolution of American hospital library standards and the content of the latest version—Standards of Practice for Hospital Libraries and Librarians, 2022 are introduced, which is compared with the previous version. The renewal of American hospital library standards and its enlightenment to Chinese hospital library undertakings are expounded. Result/Conclusion American hospital library standards cover more comprehensive contents, and put forward clear requirements and guidelines for the work of hospital library from the aspects of nature, personnel, service and technology. Some enlightenments have been given to the hospital library in China in such aspects as paying more attention to hospital libraries, formulating relevant industry standards, strengthening the regionalization and sharing of resources and services, attaching importance to improving the professional ability of librarians, rationally allocating human resources, expanding virtual library space, expanding service scope, strengthening service initiative, etc. |
