    摘要:

    目的/意义 分析人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)的应用对精准医学教育及新一轮医学教育变革的推动作用,为AI赋能医学教育提供实践参考。方法/过程 以哈佛医学院和纽约大学格罗斯曼医学院为例,分析这两所位居美国医学教育改革前沿的院校在AI技术赋能医学教育方面的创新举措和进展。结果/结论 我国医学院校应加强数字化资源建设,推进AI赋能的医学教育改革,构建高质量、高效率、智能化、精准化医学教育体系,培养具备AI胜任力的医学人才,同时还应加强AI应用中的安全、伦理及公平性管理。

    Abstract:

    Purpose/Significance To analyze the promoting effect of the application of artificial intelligence (AI) on precision medical education and the new round of medical education reform, and to provide practical references for AI empowering medical education. Method/Process Taking Harvard Medical School and New York University Grossman School of Medicine as examples, the innovative initiatives and progress of these two institutions, which are at the forefront of medical education reform in the United States, in empowering medical education with AI technology are analyzed. Result/Conclusion Medical universities and colleges in China should strengthen the construction of digital resources, promote AI empowered medical education reform, build a high-quality, high-efficiency, intelligent and precise medical education system, and train AI-enabled physicians. Meanwhile, the management of security, ethics and fairness in the application of AI should also be reinforced.
