Purpose/Significance To explore the standardization methods of medical terminology, so as to enhance the quality and efficiency of medical services.Method/Process A method for standardizing Chinese medical terminology based on the logical observation identifiers names and codes (LOINC) is proposed. The approach consists of two steps:key element extraction based on the Chinese large language model (LLM) and terminology mapping based on BM25 algorithm.Result/Conclusion The method achieves a mapping match rate of 73.04% on the annotated dataset of the national health industry standard, verifying its feasibility in medical terminology standardization and providing support for improving medical data mutual recognition and service efficiency.
