    目的/意义 构建基于5G与增强现实(augmented reality, AR)智能眼镜的远程会诊协同体系,为提升基层肿瘤诊疗能力、优化区域医疗资源配置提供实践参考。方法/过程 选取海南医科大学第二附属医院医联体内6家成员单位,采用回顾性非随机对照试验设计,将40例肿瘤远程会诊案例分为干预组(AR+5G会诊,n=20)与对照组(传统视频会诊,n=20)。对比分析两组在会诊效率、临床诊疗效能及专家满意度等方面的差异。结果/结论 与传统视频会诊相比,AR+5G会诊系统在技术性能、流程效率、临床效能等方面均展现出显著优势。

    Abstract:

    Purpose/Significance To develop a collaborative remote consultation system based on 5G and augmented reality (AR) smart glasses, so as to provide practical references for enhancing the diagnostic and treatment capabilities of grassroots oncology practitioners and optimizing regional healthcare resource allocation. Method/Process Six member units from the medical alliance of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University are selected. A retrospective non-randomized controlled trial design is employed. 40 remote oncology consultation cases are divided into an intervention group (AR+5G consultation, n=20) and a control group (traditional video consultation, n=20). The differences between the two groups are compared and analyzed in terms of consultation efficiency, clinical diagnostic effectiveness, and expert satisfaction. Result/Conclusion Compared to traditional video consultation, the AR+5G consultation system demonstrates significant advantages in terms of technical performance, process efficiency, and clinical efficacy.
