Purpose/Significance To gradually improve the management mode of personnel accounts and account privileges in the information system of scientific research institutions, and to enhance the efficiency and security of the system. Method/Process Based on the construction practice of the internal information system of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CAMS), focusing on the personnel accounts and account privileges management requirements of internal information system in scientific research institutions, the adaptation management mode is explored. Result/Conclusion Aiming at the difficulties in the multi-authority management of personnel in the information system, a solution is proposed and practiced, providing references for the management of personnel accounts and account privileges in the similar information systems of scientific research institutions.
