Purpose/Significance To analyze the level and influencing factors of digital health literacy (DHL) of the elderly in Shandong province, and to provide references for promoting healthy aging. Method/Process A questionnaire survey is conducted among more than 1 000 elderly people aged 60 and above in Shandong using the digital health literacy instrument. Non-parametric tests are employed to compare DHL scores across different demographic groups, and a multiple linear regression model is constructed to analyze the influencing factors. Result/Conclusion DHL level of the elderly is influenced by factors such as age, place of residence, educational level and internet usage behavior. It is suggested that a multi-participation support system should be constructed from aspects such as policy support and community training to enhance DHL of the elderly.
