Abstract:Purpose/SignificanceTo explore DeepSeek’s comprehension ability of nursing cases, and to look forward its application prospects in nursing education and clinical decision support. Method/Process A total of 120 open-ended questions from 28 nursing cases in the Comprehensive Case Analysis of Nursing are selected. The DeepSeek-R1-671b is used to generate answers. Two graders independently score the answers based on five dimensions: accuracy, comprehensiveness, practicality, conciseness and logical clarity, and the overall accuracy rate is calculated. Result/Conclusion DeepSeek can understand and answer the questions of nursing cases with reasonable accuracy and shows potential for application in nursing education and clinical decision support.
