The paper introduces the way of providing distance medical education and telemedicine by distance video and X-ray diagnosis platform in Jilin province, discusses the priorities to solve the problem of continuing medical education and difficulty and costliness to see a doctor in rural area, moreover, describes that distance medical education provides convenience for cultivating specific talents in rural area, telemedicine platform system provides new clinic technology for patients.
