The paper studies research trends in biotherapy of hepatitis B using bibliometrics and literature citation analysis based on the data from Science Citation Index Expanded, summarizes the country (region), institute and research area distribution features of this field, and finds anti-HBV siRNA efficiency improving has became one of the important research areas in this field, then analyzes the methods for improving efficiency.
