The paper discusses the significance and function of medical sci-tech novelty assessment, the differences between medical sci-tech novelty assessment and the general literature retrieval, analyzes the following frequently-met problems such as the customer’s form filling, customer’s requirement, leaders paying attention or not, the quality of the novelty assessment personnel and so on, then puts forward corresponding measures.
