In order to simplify the work content and process of clinical staffs, the paper proposes the designing ideas of multifunctional and mobile medical work platform using computer technology and advanced network technology from the following aspects: purpose, concept, framework, designing details of important parts. This system will be suit for hospitals at all levels and various types, without the limitation of network basic condition.
