The paper introduces that the framework of hospital information system determines realization and performance of system function as well as exploring cost, implementation cost and difficulty of software and hardware. By comparing the present hospital information systems used in hospitals and their respective advantages and disadvantages, the paper states ten basic demands for a specific software with quantitative comparison of system function applying various framework softwares. Finally the paper displays a reasonable result that multi-framework is the best choice in exploring software at present.
