The paper draws that under the guidance of Shanxi Science and Technology Department, several sci-tech literature-service-providing institutes carry out positive exploration and practice on information co-construction and sharing. It introduces the necessity of construction mechanism research on medical sci-tech information resource and service platform, explores the main contents involved in the mechanism from three aspects, including management mechanism, sharing mode and operation mechanism, furthermore, proposes several feasible suggestions on how to maintain the sustainable development of the platform.
